Ex-bosses fight hints Brett Veach may not complete trade after all

The Kansas City Chiefs have already positioned themselves as one of the most aggressive teams at this year’s NFL trade deadline. With multiple deals at positions of need, the Chiefs have already made two deals, each bolstering one side of the ball, hoping they’ll add enough talent and depth to make a run.

According to one former Chiefs player, the general manager Brett Veach may still be walking aisles of the NFL trading block are looking for a little more help.

Considering that most of the NFL trade deadline has been pretty quiet in KC since Brett Veach took over, with a move made every other season or so, it’s hard to believe that the Chiefs will continue to make moves that compromise their stash of future draft picks assets Still, the team is in the middle of a potential three-peat bid, a pinnacle that is nearly impossible for any team to even put themselves in a position to chase (let alone achieve).
