Rockford police are looking for a suspect in the death of a child

ROCKFORD, IL (WIFR) – Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a Rockford man now charged with murder.

Zashawntrey Pickett, 28, has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of a 10-month-old baby.

Rockford police asked for the public’s help in locating Pickett on October 22 six outstanding warrants.
