The woman was wanted for failing to return to the Waterloo facility

WATERLOO, Iowa (KCRG) – The Iowa Department of Corrections is searching for a woman they say escaped from a work release facility in Waterloo.

D’Iona Wilson-Bass, 21, did not report it to the Waterloo Women’s Center for Change on Tuesday.

The agency reports that Wilson-Bass is 5’6″ tall and 208 pounds.

She was convicted in Black Hawk County of intimidation with a dangerous weapon.

Anyone who knows where she is should call their local police.
