Moms for Liberty debuts ad criticizing boys competing against girls in high school sports

Organization of parental rights Moms for freedom launched its first-ever digital ad criticizing the modern phenomenon of boys competing against girls in school sport.

Under the title “It’s not fair” and lasting one minute advertisement depicts a father coaching and training his daughter to run with an intense morning workout. Several clips show the duo waking up at 6 a.m., jogging together and doing other various workouts during a touching father-daughter moment.

The video cuts to the day of the race, when the words “Dads, it’s important that you show up” appear on the screen. In the next scene, the father “appears” at the competition and attracts his daughter’s attention by waving his hand before the competition. The ad then cuts to a scene after the race where the two of them are walking together.

“Are you okay,” the father asks.

“Dad, it’s not fair! I had to run against a guy! This is wrong,” the daughter replies.

“I know. I know,” says a father, consoling his daughter after she is forced to compete with a boy in a girls’ sports competition.

“The ad is called ‘It’s not fair,’ and it shows a dad consoling his daughter after losing a race to a boy who competes in a women’s sport, which is supported under the Biden/Harris Title IX overhaul law, which Moms for Liberty successfully completes halted earlier this year by a federal injunction,” the press release said.

Moms for Liberty was one of the organizations that sued in response to Section IX changes implemented by the Biden administration that would, among other things, allow boys to compete in women’s sports.

“Members of Moms for Liberty and Young America’s Foundation are parents and K-12 and college students who are afraid to share their true views, including that gender is immutable, that there are only two genders based on biological sex, and that private spaces on college campuses should be gender-segregated — in light of the Biden administration’s unconstitutional changes to the definition of “gender” in Title IX, Moms for Freedom reported in the press release earlier this year.

“Under a new Department of Education rule, ‘gender’ no longer refers to male or female, but includes gender identity and gender stereotypes, so anyone who opposes gender identity does not recognize a classmate’s ‘preferred pronouns’ or advocates for their physical safety and the right not to undress in front of the opposite biological sex can be punished for harassment,” the release states.

The ad ended with a reminder to parents to vote.

“Dads, it’s important that you show up… to vote,” the screen reads. “Vote like her dreams depend on it. Protect girls’ sports”

The ad will air in four battleground states: Arizona, Georgia, North Carolina and Wisconsin, Moms for Liberty announced.
