Netflix adds Moments feature for sharing scenes without screen recording

With the new mobile feature “Moments“, users can submit clips from their favorite Netflix shows and movies. The streaming giant launched the global option for iOS devices on Monday ahead of an Android debut in the coming weeks.

With Netflix’s new update, users can tap the Moments button at the bottom of the screen to save a scene to the My Netflix tab.

To send moments, users can select a scene and tap the arrow icon to share via social media, text, or simply copy the link. Users also have the option to delete the captured moment.

“It’s just as easy to share moments on Instagram, Facebook and other social platforms. You can share the moment while creating it, or from the My Netflix tab, select a scene and tap to share it across all your platforms, the streamer said in a statement.
