Source: Hanna Kobayashi’s ex-boyfriend is jealous of a man who has a “green card”

A source close to her told The Post that Hannah Kobayashi’s ex-boyfriend was “jealous” of her alleged fake husband.

Kobayashi traveled to New York with her ex, Amun Muniz-Miranda, an Argentine citizen. she got married secretlyAlan Kakache, sources confirmed to The Post.

However, the FBI is now handling the case as potential green card visa scheme went wrong after Kobayashi failed to tell her family that she was married. She later claimed she was “tricked into giving away almost all of my funds” and cheated on “someone I thought I loved” before disappears in Mexico.

A source who worked with Kobayashi in Haiku, Hawaii, told The Post: “My other colleague knew, but she kept it quiet — that’s what Hannah wanted — but now it’s out there.

“Maybe (Muniz-Miranda) was jealous of Hannah and Alan.”

Another close friend of Hannah’s also confirmed to The Post that she married Kakache, but said they don’t feel they were romantically involved.

This is reported by Los Angeles magazine Afterward, Kobayashi’s mother revealed that she had contacted an immigration attorney she disappeared and turned the documents over to the police and the FBI. The magazine also reported suspicions that Muniz-Miranda was involved in arranging a marriage scheme.

Marriage fraud is a federal crime punishable by up to five years in prison.

Little is known about Muniz-Miranda, other than that he was arrested for impersonating a police officer during an arrest in Texas in 2021, and in 2020 he was arrested in Haiku for being under surveillance.

The Post may publish a photo of him taken in 2021, and sources close to Kobayashi said they were previously suspicious of his actions.

“He (Muniz-Miranda) was the guy who introduced Hannah to this other lifestyle of finding other sources of income,” such as get-rich-quick schemes, the colleague said.

Sara Azari, a lawyer for the Kobayashi family, said no concrete evidence of an alleged marriage between her and Kakache had emerged.

“We have no legal, factual confirmation. We have no confirmation. She never told her family that she got married,” Azari told The Post.

However, Kobayashi voluntarily disembarked the plane, got scared and sent an alarming message to her family, prompting them to raise the alarm.

Then on November 12, Kobayashi bought a ticket at the Los Angeles bus station and headed for the Mexican border.

She crossed Tijuana around noon through the San Ysidro Tunnel and has not been seen or heard from since.

She was reported missing on December 2 after footage of her transition to Mexico according to the authorities.

A source told The Post that Hannah doesn’t miss work or disappear.

“It’s not at all like Hannah (being involved in green card fraud) it’s very out of her character. She would let me know in advance if she was going to be 10-15 minutes late for work. She was supposed to return on November 20,” the source added.

In May 2021, Muniz-Miranda was arrested in Waxahachie, Texas, for failure to identify by providing false information to an officer by giving a false name. This is a misdemeanor punishable by up to six months.

The Ellis County Clerk of Court in Texas told The Post that Muniz-Miranda’s case for lying about his identity is still pending and he never appeared for the 2021 arraignment.

Sources in Hawaii also confirmed to The Post that there is a significant Argentinian haiku community, and Kasache is believed to have been on the island for several years.

Rumor has it, he already has a new girlfriend.

It is unclear if authorities have been able to locate or speak with Kasache. Earlier reports said Muniz-Miranda was cooperating with authorities. The Post was unable to contact any of them.

A source who worked with Khanna told The Post that she has been tight-lipped about her marriage to Kakache. “She was with Amon at the time. It is definitely not widely accepted. Maybe that’s why she tried to keep quiet.”

A source told The Post that Kobayashi was excited about her trip to New York and had a “normal week” at work before heading to the city to visit her aunt.

“Something must have happened during the flight – it’s not like Hannah at all. She plans everything,” said the employee.

“Hannah is the last person I thought something like this would happen to. She has a good head on her shoulders.

The search for Kobayashi has strained their family. Kobayashi’s sister, Sydney last week attacked my aunt Larry Pidgeon, who has become the point person for updates on Hannah’s search, said Pidgeon does not represent the family.

“It’s very upsetting to have to question the family,” Sydney told News Nation, saying her aunt was “relieved.”

Pidgeon later told the Post that Sidney was “throwing her under the bus.”

The tension arises after the suicide of Kobayashi’s father, who police confirmed she jumped out of the garage at Los Angeles International Airport after arriving in the city to look for his daughter.
