Diddy Looked Crazy Before Jay-Z Rape Allegation: Court Docs

More details became known from the civil lawsuit Sean “Diddy” Combs and Jay Z allegedly raped a 13-year-old girl.

In an amended civil complaint filed Sunday, Dec. 8, an anonymous woman who walked alongside Jane Doe recalled the hours leading up to the alleged sexual assault. According to the documents received in Us Weeklyprosecutor remembered how he was invited to a party by a driver who claimed to be working for 55-year-old Diddy. The amended complaint further alleges that the driver continued to tell the plaintiff that Diddy allegedly liked younger girls.

At the time of the incident, the woman was 13 years old. After she arrived at the party, she was asked sign an NDA before receiving a drink she believed to be narcotic. The plaintiff was then approached by Diddy, who had a “crazy look in his eye” before telling her: “You ready to party!” The complaint alleged that Diddy threw her against a wall, causing her to fall.

Jane Doe remembered stumbling in front of Diddy allegedly grabbed her again and “threw her on the bed.” The complaint alleged that Jay-Z, 55, stripped her of her clothes and held her while he raped her while Diddy and the celebrity watched. The woman was then allegedly raped by Diddy while Jay-Z and the female celebrity watched.

The civil suit was originally filed in October, but was updated on Sunday to include Jay-Z’s name. And Diddy and Jay Z continued to deny all claims against them regarding an afterparty that allegedly took place after the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards.

“My wife and I will have to put our kids down, one of whom is at an age where her friends will probably see the press and question the nature of these claims and explain how cruel and greedy people are.” – Jay-Z, who has children Blue Ivy , 12, and twins Rumi and Ser, both 8, with wife Beyoncé, a statement for Us Weekly. “I mourn another loss of innocence. After the lawsuit made headlines, Jay-Z’s attorney filed a New York federal court motion to dismiss the case entirely and have the name of the accuser made public

“Mr. Carter deserves to know the identity of the person who is effectively accusing him — in sensational, publicity style — of criminal conduct, seeking massive financial compensation and tarnishing a reputation built over decades,” court documents said Monday, Dec. 9. . “This campaign was cynical and designed to force an exorbitant amount of money – the defendant would have to pay X million dollars regardless of the truth or else.”

The statement continued: “When the Defendant refused to pay and instead took steps to prove his innocence, this unnamed Plaintiff and her self-promoting attorney (whose name was splashed across headlines and at press conferences under the guise of her interests) went to extraordinary lengths efforts to disable the equitable defense. But these attempts also failed.”

Diddy’s lawyers also released a response to the allegations.

“This amended complaint and the recent extortion lawsuit against Mr. Busby expose his barrage of lawsuits against Mr. Combs for what they are: shameless publicity stunts designed to extract payments from celebrities who fear they will be lied to, just as the lie was spread about Mr. Combs,” the statement said.
