BALTIMORE — Two teenagers and an 11-year-old were arrested after an armed robbery in southeast Baltimore on Friday.

On Dec. 6, officers responded to a report of an armed robbery at a convenience store in the 5800 block of Eastern Avenue.

The law enforcement officers found out that three boys aged 11, 13 and 15 were eating non-purchasable food and splashing food on the floor.

After being asked to leave, one of the suspects pulled out a gun and threatened the employee, police said.

The suspects were apprehended after a brief search and four folding knives and a BB gun were recovered.

All three suspects have been arrested in the past for crimes such as arson, simple assault, aggravated assault and destruction of property.

They were taken to juvenile justice, where they were placed under electronic monitoring.
