Jay Z and Sean Combs are accused of raping a 13-year-old girl

Jay Z was accused in a civil suit on Sunday of raping a 13-year-old girl in 2000 along with Sean Combs. claim, first filed in October in the Southern District of New York initially named the Roc Nation mogul, whose real name is Sean Carter, as an unidentified celebrity defendant. Carter strongly denied the allegations and accused Tony Busby, the lawyer who brought the suit, of “blackmail”.

“What he calculated was the nature of these allegations and the public scrutiny would make me want to settle,” Carter wrote in a statement. “No, sir. It had the opposite effect! This has led me to expose you for the fraud that you engage in VERY publicly. So no, I won’t give you ONE RED PENNY!”

The accuser, who sued as Jane Doe, alleged that Combs and Carter assaulted her after they brought her to an MTV Video Music Awards party in New York.

Amended complaint received Rolling Stone, claims Doe asked a friend to drop her off at Radio City Music Hall so she could try to attend the VMAs, but she didn’t have a ticket. Because she wanted to attend a show or an afterparty, she says she approached limo drivers to try to get them to help her pass. One of the drivers claimed to work for Combs and invited her to the afterparty. According to the lawsuit, he told her to go back to where they met so he could take her to the event after first taking Combs and others to the afterparty.

According to the complaint, the two men asked Doe to sign a document she claimed she had not read but now believes was a non-disclosure agreement. She was advised not to discuss the proceedings at the event. Doe said she recognized many celebrities inside and witnessed widespread drug use.

After one of the waiters offered her a drink, Doe began to “feel dizzy and light-headed, which caused her to lie down,” the lawsuit alleges. Doe then looked for a place to rest and found a room with a large bed. Shortly thereafter, Combs allegedly entered a room with Carter and a female celebrity, whose name is not mentioned in the complaint.

Combs allegedly “aggressively approached the plaintiff with a crazy expression in his eyes, grabbed her and said, ‘You’re ready to party!'”

“Combs then pushed plaintiff against a wall, causing plaintiff to fall,” the complaint states. Doe then tried to stand up and tripped. Combs grabbed her again and threw her onto the bed. At this point, Carter began to remove Plaintiff’s clothing as she became increasingly disoriented,” the complaint states. Doe claims she was held by Carter as he allegedly raped her while Combs and the celebrity watched.

Combs then allegedly raped Doe while Carter and an unidentified celebrity watched. Combs then allegedly tried to force Doe to perform oral sex on him, but she fought back and punched him in the neck, which “stopped his attempt,” the lawsuit states.

After the alleged assault, Dow “grabbed her clothes” and left, according to the lawsuit. According to her, she found her way to a gas station, where she called her father to pick her up.

Carter’s attorney did not immediately respond Rolling Stonerequest for comment. But in Jay-Z’s statement, he accused Busby of blackmail in the form of a demand letter. “He expected that the nature of these allegations and the public scrutiny would force me to settle,” the statement said. “No sir, it had the opposite effect! This has led me to expose you as a fraud as you are VERY public.’

“These allegations are so heinous in nature that I am asking you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil one,” the statement continued. “Anyone who would commit such a crime against a minor should be locked up.” It continued: “If that were the case, these alleged victims would deserve real justice.”

“I stand with the real victims around the world who are forced to watch this ambulance chaser wear a suit for profit,” the statement added.

“This amended complaint and the recent extortion lawsuit against Mr. Busby expose his barrage of lawsuits against Mr. Combs for what they are: shameless publicity stunts designed to extract payments from celebrities who fear they will be lied to, just as the lie was were spreading information about Mr. Combs,” Combs’ legal team said in a statement. “As his legal team has previously stated, Mr. Combs has complete confidence in the facts and the integrity of the trial. In court, the truth will prevail: Mr. Combs has never sexually abused or trafficked anyone, male or female, adult or minor.”

Jane Doe is seeking unspecified damages. Her lawsuit is one of at least 20 complaints filed by Buzbee customers against Combs.
