Nigerian movie star Omotola Jalade Ekehinde’s recent battle with poor health has sparked an outpouring of condolences and prayers on social media.

The movie star published a video montage on Instagram revealed that she is on the mend and thanked God for saving her life after successful gallbladder surgery.

Actress Omotola spoke about the changes she noticed in her body and how she was rushed to the hospital, saying her suffering started with incessant vomiting.

“In the morning, the most terrible pain in the stomach began, and I was taken to the emergency room again … for the third time! This time I was brought straight to CT, ultrasound and MRI. Then the doctor came and said that you need to go to surgery immediately! … to take down his bullet ladder.”

The clip was shared on page of the actress showed her being moved around in a hospital wheelchair and several scenes of her in a hospital bed receiving medical attention.
