Tommy Robinson had to cut his prison sentence because his segregation “causes him to get sick,” the court was said.

Robinson, the real name of whom Yakli-Lennon, served an 18-month prison sentence for contempt for court after violation of the ban.

The 42-year-old was convicted in October last year after recognizing the 10 violation of the order of the High Court, issued in 2021. The order forbade Robinson to repeat false accusations against the Syrian refugee, who successfully sued.

After it was transferred from HMP Belmarsh for “the beginning of the conflict with the followers of Islam” on the first day, the prisoner was moved to HMP Woodhill in Milton Keynes, the High Court heard.

Soon, however, prison workers were intelligence on Robinson’s threats from two prisoners and therefore separated it in a “closed wing, which cannot be accessed to other prisoners.

Robinson now appeals his prison term in the Court of Appeal at the hearing that begins today (April 11). Earlier, prisoner failed in a legal statement against the government regarding its segregation in prison, arguing that it was “obviously reduced by mental health.”

His lawyer, Alicedir Williamson of the Criminal Code, stated that his client was suffering from ADHD and a “complex post -traumatic stress disorder”, which in combination with his segregation in prison had a “demonstration impact” on him.

The Attorney General stands for the attractiveness that Robinson visited through a video connection from HMP Woodhill.

Williamson of the Criminal Code said: “Mr. Just Joneson acknowledged that it could affect Mr. Yakli-Lennon’s mental health, and, along with other factors, he reduced the sentence he was about to appoint by one sixth, four months.

“But he did not have this additional factor, which in itself means that the conditions faced by Mr. Yakli Lennon are more burdensome.

“It is protected by the authorities in segregation, but its preservation makes him sick, and more sick than Mr. Justice Johnson could provide on the basis of information before him.

“We invite this court to interfere with this order to reduce the sentence.”

Robinson is now required to be released on July 26.

He was imprisoned after the lawyer issued two claims against him last year.

The first was that he “deliberately” violated an order from four times, including, having published, caused, authorized or purchased a “A movie called Silenced, which contains accusations of May 2023.

The film was fixed to the top of Robinson’s profile on the social media X Media site, and he also repeated claims in three interviews between February and June 2023.

The second claim was issued in August about six more violations, including the playback of the movie on the Demonstration on Trafalgar Square in Central London last summer.

After handing the sentence in October, Mr. Just Johnson said that “no one exceeds the law,” and described Robinson’s violation of ban on “flashy”.

In written submissions on hearing on Friday, Aidan Erdley of the Criminal Code, for the lawyer General, stated that Robinson’s sentence provides a “punitive element” and a “forced element”.

The “forced element” – four months – would be expressed from Robinson’s sentence if he “demonstrated an obligation to execute the ban”, stating in court that Robinson “remains a bold violation of the order” and requested the “condescension of the court.”

He added in writing that there is no evidence that the conditions in which the appellant are conducted are more strict than it was provided by “Mr. Justice Johnson.

He said: “There is no reason to state that the conditions imposed for long, imposed by prison bodies, can find the basis of the appeal.”

He continued: “In this case, there is no reason to change the sentence.

“) Mr. Justice Johnson) was fully assessed at the risk that the subsequent period of imprisonment in conditions limiting the applicant’s ability to associate with other prisoners may have a detrimental effect on the applicant’s mental health and determine the sentence accordingly.”

Mr Erdley also told the court that Robinson “accepts his TV” when he is separated, “but complains that he cannot watch the news of GB.”

Robinson twice raised the camera sign stating that the statement of the HMP Woodhill governor was “lies”.

In response, the chief judge Lady Baroness Carr said, “We ignore this, thank you very much.”

The entry was issued after Robinson successfully filed a lawsuit with Jamal Hijaz, the then student who attacked the Almondbury community school in Haddersfield, Western Yorkshire, in October 2018.

After the clip of the incident became viral, Robinson expressed false claims on Facebook, including Mr. Hijaz, who attacked the girls at his school, which led to a slander.

Mr. Justice Niklin ordered Robinson to pay Mr Hijazi £ 100,000 for losses and its legal expenses, as well as a ban that prevents Robinson from repeating the accusations.

The main lady Baroness Carr, Lord Edis and Lord’s Justice Warby will convey his resolution later.
