The claim also stated that the perpetrators were “known to the school administration and found previous aggressive or violent behavior.”

It said that there was at least one quarrel or conflict associated with Lewis or his peers, as well as school workers “were noticed or had to report tensions.”

The school district “is obliged to control students, investigate and respond to threats of violence and prevent sufficiently intended harm to students under his care – even in areas adjacent to the territory of the campus during or immediately”, – the claim said.

Teens are convicted
