The fake law is not re -entered into Congress

Chattanoga, tenn. (WDEF)-now Senators Chris Kuns and Marsha Blackburn have again established a law on forgery, a bilateral bill aimed at combating unauthorized replicas, names and voices of people.

The legislation is designed to protect people in the digital world and ensure that the rights of creators respect the development of technology as rapid.

The law on fake will give people the opportunity to report unauthorized replicas generated by AI, returning power into the hands of those whose images or votes are used without consent.

YouTube publicly supported the bill, emphasizing the importance of balancing innovation with protection, especially when AI technology continues to develop.

Despite the fact that the bill has received wide support from sectoral groups, such as America’s Recording Association and Film Association, it also caused discussions.

Civil freedom organizations, including the Electronic Frontier Foundation, have expressed concern that the bill could lead to potential overpowering, influencing freedom of speech and digital creativity.

As the law on fake is made through Congress, both supporters and critics are closely observing its progress, as it can form a future regulation of digital content.
