Milloukey’s husband, accused of trafficking in human beings and sexual abuse

Milwaukee (CBS 58)-Milugui’s man faces numerous accusations of crime, including trafficking in human beings, sexual abuse of second degree and false imprisonment in a case described in a criminal complaint filed in the Milokoi District Court.

According to the complaint, 39-year-old Austin chronicle from Milukee managed a forced household on West Street, where he allegedly controlled multiple women through physical violence, financial exploitation and psychological manipulations. The complaint states that between 2017 and 2023 the victims had to sign contracts, comply with the strict rules of households and participate in sexual acts under coercion.

The acts allegedly took place at the Children’s House near the 31st, and a state in Miluoka, a house that was reported, the chronicler called “Saint -Pierre House”, and St. Pierre was a name that he asked the victims to change his name.

One victim reported that she was forced to wear a collar in the house and transfer a large part of her income to the chronicler. Investigators claim that she was subjected to physical punishments, including beating and shortness of breath if she tried to resist.

Another victim described a cruel attack in which she lost consciousness and woke up to find that he had been sexually attack.

Details of the complaint that the chronicler used intimidation and threats to prevent the victims, including the threat to victims of harmful substances, confiscation of personal documents and restriction of contact with the family. Investigators say that women were assigned numbers and branded tattoos at home as a form of control.
