Authorities have identified Lens Burke, Bronx, New York, as a suspected fatal shooting through witnesses, interstate investigations and monitoring of video and mobile phones. He was arrested on November 20, 2018 in Bronx by New Nork police, FBI agents and Pitsfield police.

He was accused of murder and illegal accusations of firearms due to a fatal shooting of a 30-year-old resident of Pitsfield.
