The Oregon man was sentenced to 34 years in prison this week after he pleaded guilty that he broke a man who threw a sandwich into his car and then tried to kill a single witness of murder.

24-year-old Jacob Fitzgerald pleaded guilty of murder, tried first degree murder, first and second-degree attacks, Burlin and robbery in three separate cases, starting on August 6, 2022, the murder of his friend Otyis Abner, Mulnoma County Air Prosecutor’s Office.

According to the office, Fitzgerald, his girlfriend at the time, and Abner was in the car when two men began to argue. Fitzgerald stopped the car and ordered Abner, and then began to go away. But when Abner threw a sandwich and hit Fitzgerald’s car, he stopped the vehicle and shot a few shots at his friend, killing him.

Then he drove away and burned the vehicle.

The police were summoned to the scene and found seven empty shell buildings and collected surveillance frames from several enterprises.

However, it is not clear why Fitzgerald was free in 18 months, February 11, 2024, when he went to his home, which is now where she lived with her new boyfriend, and shot a few shots in the trailer, hit her in her face and hand.

“He is a dangerous person who has left a trace of destruction in the last few years. It is an unusually high verdict for a guilt agreement, but just received circumstances, ” – said Deputy District Prosecutor of Mulnoma, Andrew McMillan.

Two days before this attack, Oregon saidA girlfriend identified as Ryan Smith called the police and said Fitzgerald hunted her. Then, 11th, Fitzgerald and his sister Joanna came to the trailer where she lived, and forced the door to open until Smith called 911. Fitzgerald opened fire and fled with his sister again.

Smith was taken to the hospital and survived her injuries. Fitzgerald and his sister were arrested for more than a month after the incident.

John Fitzgerald was accused of attempted murder, illegal use of weapons, threatening and theft, and this week will appear in court.

According to Oregonian, the recognition of guilt includes an armed robbery, which took place before March 18, 2024 Jacob Fitzgerald, arrest and blow and run in 2021.
