Manchester City, New Jersey, Smith Small on the State Highway 70 on Wednesday morning, leaving a driver with life-threatening injuries, police said.

The accident happened at about 11:48 am near Green Acres Road, when the driver, 65-year-old David Santan from Point-Plebitant, tried to turn left into the entrance of the Ocean County Landmark. The authorities said Santana was traveling at a high speed and lost control during braking, causing a truck from the 2004 landfill to its passenger side.
