The former US Aviation National Guards, Massachusetts, has now been serving a 15-year-old federal sentence for classified documents, and has been guilty of a military court, which hinders fairness, ensuring dishonest dismissal, but subsequent time.

Jack Teikira confessed to Thursday, which disposes of electronic devices and managing the deletion of online messages to interfere with the investigation of its origins, according to court records. The second accusation of juvenile orders was rejected under an agreement on guilt.

Before the sentence of Takesira, he spoke of himself as a fighter, claiming that he acted to reveal a “lie, made and immortalized by Biden’s administration” about the Russian war-Ukraine war.

“I deliberately made the choice to inform the US community and open my eyes,” he said, as reports ABC News. “I am comfortable with how the story remembers me and my actions.”

“It was important for us to be dishonest,” Lieutenant Colonel Peter Havern, prosecutor, told reporters.

“We wanted to think about our aircraft and guardians, as well as to the public that when you commit the crimes he has committed, we need to accurately portray your service as a dishonest service.”

22 -year -old Takesira was arrested in 2023 after the authorities found that he published highly sensitive US intelligence ratings at Discord, popular online gaming platform.

Prosecutors described his actions as “one of the most significant and most consecutive violations of the law on espionage in America’s history.”

According to the preliminary agreement on the guilt, Takesira recognized six points intentional preservation and transmission of information on national defense.

His military condemnation does not change his existing 15-year sentence, but he remains a criminal appeal in the Air Force court.
