Angola man pleads guilty in a catastrophe in which an 8-year-old died

Hamburg-Marcus R. Genovese, 53 years old, from Angola, pleaded guilty on charges of the death of an 8-year-old passenger after a collision in Hamburg.

According to the district prosecutor of Erie’s district, Genovese entered into his request to recognize the request of James James Bargnes to Judge Ery James.

The defendant pleaded guilty to one of the murder in the second degree, one of the calculations of the murder of cars in the second degree, and one calculation of the exit from the scene of the incident that led to death.

Prosecutors stated that they were the highest sustainable accusation of this case.

Genovese threatens a maximum of 15 years in prison when he is sentenced on Monday, May 12, at 9:30 am

It remains kept without bail until the sentence is issued.
