Walton’s husband pleads guilty of sexual crimes

Hamden, News -March 11, Dui Kinn from Walton, New York, pleaded guilty at six points of illegal observation in the second degree and criminal sexual acts in the first degree.

“I have no sympathy, and I am sure that no one else is doing here,” said Dalavir Smith district district prosecutor at a press conference on Thursday.

Before admitting his guilt, Duine Kinus secretly installed a digital recording device in a private residence and acknowledged that he recorded six people.

Kinn also said that he had oral sex on a child who was less than 13 years old.

“Although there will never be a sanction or a punishment that can eventually bring such a criminal to justice, we know that today we can stand firm here that we have defended these victims,” said Sheriff Delaware, Craig Dumond.

The equestrian, which was arrested in December, has concluded a guilt agreement. He is expected to be sentenced to one year of imprisonment for each of six unlawful observation points, and this verdict will be subject to the same time.

He is expected to be sentenced to 12 years in prison later, after which he follows 20 years of supervision after release.
