The former NYE County Captain pleads guilty in fraud, a violation of civil rights

Nye County, Nev. (Colo) – The former captain of the Sheriff District of New -York has been guilty of charging fraud and civil rights violations.

44-year-old David E Borukhovitz has found his guilt in violation of the civil rights of the former CEO of the Association of the Electric Valley.

According to DOJ, or on February 26, 2019, Borukhovitz was a sheriff’s deputy office, and acknowledged that, acting in the color of the law, he arrested Angela Evans for no probable reason for stealing.

Doj says that when he arrested, he deliberately deprived Evans about her rights in accordance with the fourth amendment.

Borukhovitz also acknowledged that at about the same date he developed a scheme of deception of the board of directors of the WAA about a place in the board. As part of the scheme, he placed a press release that announced the arrest of Evans.

He pleaded guilty of one of the calculations of deprivation and one calculation of fraud with wire and will be convicted on June 10. He is threatened with a maximum of 21 years of imprisonment.
