The former teacher does not recognize the perpetrator on charges of rape in Cortland County

Solon, New -York (WBNG) – according to court documents, Former District Teacher of Central School Homer Paul P. Andre did not plead guilty to his charges.

In October 2024, Paul P. Andre, 56, with Solon, New York. The first degree, four circumstances of the law on criminal sex of first degree by force and three points of rape of the first degree with coercion, was accused of rape.

In September 2024, the Sheriff’s Cortland District Office received a report of a projected sexual violence that took place between September 2006 and June 2008.

Officials stated that the investigation showed that Andre had suffered an inappropriate contact between the years mentioned.
