The 47-year-old prison made a rare step in court and does not challenge the first degree of murder for the murder of a classmate in Momkom.

Michael Ketchum, who was already serving 44 years for trying to kill another prisoner, made an undoubted request on Monday in the District Court of Makomb District in Mount Clelence for the murder of Ruben Martinez, 28 years, and will be sentenced to life on April 23 without a life-giving.

As part of the Agreement on Failure, the same day of the accusation of trying to kill another prisoner and the possession of weapons in prison will be released, the records are said.

Over the past 20 years, there have only been a few pleading of first degree murder.
