Mumbai:

The court here on Wednesday refused the guardianship of the city police in the national Bangladeshi arrested for the alleged prickly actor Syfa Ali Khan, and sent him in court, noting that there was no fresh ground for continuing his police officer.

The Bandra Magistrate’s court after reviewing the application filed by the police requiring further guardianship stated that no fresh place was made.

“Further in custody, at least at this stage, it is not justified,” said the judicial magistrate (first class) Komal Sing Rajput.
